What to expect.
A vibrant 40min workout, for all levels of fitness and all ages. BARRE is safe for prenatal and postnatal ladies. A fun fusion of Pilates based exercises and ballet-inspired moves. Workouts are low impact, high intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can, while developing agility and flexibility. Above BARRE classes incorporate the ballet barre as well as other tools like resistance bands, free weights exercise balls and more. A daily dose of physical mindful movement strengthens you body, promotes endurance and elevates your mindset and self-esteem creating a happier life, positive outlook and success in your work, career and relationships. Our Mantra... STRONG. FIT HAPPY. All equipment is provided in a spacious sanitized studio, adhering to all covid-19 regulations. Just bring your pretty self and your water bottle.
